Transportation

To/From the Wedding:

We are providing shuttle buses from downtown Providence to Mount Hope Farm on Sunday 9/6, as well as a return trip at the end of the night. We have reserved two full-size buses as well as a mini-coach for immediate family members who will need to arrive at the farm a bit earlier than other guests. We have ample space for everyone and want to encourage folks to take the buses we have reserved.

Bus Pick-Up Details:
3:30 pm: Pick up at the Dean Hotel and Providence Courtyard Marriott.
3:45 pm: Pick up at the Omni Hotel Providence.

Bus Return Options:
Guests will have the option of taking a return shuttle at 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm.

If you’d prefer to drive to the venue, the address and a map are below.

Address:
Mount Hope Farm
250 Metacom Avenue
Bristol, RI 02809

When you arrive at Mount Hope, you’ll see a wooden gate next to the farmhouse and barn. Tell the attendant that you’re with the Dillman-Levin wedding, then follow the road through the gate for roughly one mile until its terminus at the Cove Cabin. A parking attendant will direct cars to park in the field  ahead on your left.

Getting Here:

Planes:
T.F. Green airport (PVD) serves the greater Providence area. From there, you can take a taxi, shuttle or train to downtown Providence. Rental cars are also available. Depending where you’re flying from, Boston Logan airport (BOS) may allow for a cheaper and/or more direct flight. From Boston, the drive to Providence in a rental car will take roughly an hour, depending on traffic.

Trains:
The Providence Amtrak station is conveniently located within a short distance of downtown, and trains run regularly through town along the Northeast corridor from Washington, DC to Boston. It’s an easy ride from Philadelphia (~4.5 hours) and NYC (~3 hours). From Boston, Amtrak or MBTA commuter rail trains are both available.

Automobiles:
Providence is easy to reach from the NYC or Boston area on I-95. Most hotels offer garage parking, though many other other parking options also exist around the city. Please note that overnight street parking is not permitted.

Around Providence:

Walking:
Downtown Providence is extremely walkable, and many of the attractions near major hotels can be reached on foot within 10-20 minutes.

Driving:
For places outside of the downtown area, we recommend a car, as street or garage parking is usually available. Most meters accept only quarters ($1.25/hour), though some have been upgraded to accept credit cards. Please note: Overnight street parking is not permitted anywhere in Providence. Most garages offer reasonable night rates, however. You can find more parking info, maps, etc. at the link below.
